Roles within the ICN ecosystem include:
- Talent Partners (TP): Individuals who pass ICN's verification and apply for positions
- Company Partners (CP): Verified hiring companies who post or receive matched talent
- Partner Connectors (PC): ICN-certified coordinators who guide TP and CP throughout the process
Each partner type agrees to uphold ICN standards of professionalism and compliance with all applicable laws and ICN policies.
User Responsibilities
All users must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Misuse of the system, impersonation, or submission of false documents may result in termination of service.
Talent Partners must only apply to positions they are eligible for. Company Partners must treat all applicant information with confidentiality. Partner Connectors must act in the best interest of both parties and uphold ICN's code of conduct.
Limitation of Liability
ICN is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from employment decisions, visa denials, or third-party delays. We act as a coordination platform and cannot guarantee employment outcomes or immigration approvals.
All users are responsible for ensuring they meet local legal requirements in their respective regions or countries.
